I&#8217;m a commuter. I ride all year long, and the distances vary. Some days, my hands get numb. My nether region gets numb. It&#8217;s important to me to have the right equipment. I&#8217;ve got studded bike tires, fenders, great panniers, etc. Thanks to Bekman, I now know that there are a much larger variety of bike seats than the &#8220;gel kind&#8221; and Brooks leather saddles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><em>5.0 out of 5 stars<\/em> By Tin<\/p>\n<p>I bought this book because my prostate problem was exacerbated by an unsuitable bike saddle. It is very well researched and informative although not all the saddles mentioned are readily available in the UK.
